Our hospitality staff create delicious meals and provide excellent service ensuring your golf event has a great 19th hole experience. They will delight in providing you and your clients with the perfect food and beverage package, from traditional breakfasts and morning teas through to light snacks and formal dinners. Any special dietary requirement can be catered for.

Organisers are encouraged to meet with our Golf Events Co-ordinator prior to event day to fine tune the details, ensuring everything is planned to perfection. Our Pro Shop and Golf Events Co-ordinator have extensive experience in managing corporate events. They will discuss all your golfing needs in planning your day and will manage the on-course part of your golf event to ensure its success.

How Your Corporate Day Works

Event Day

Player registration can be conducted in a number of locations such as outside the Clubhouse, inside the Bistro or upstairs on the balcony looking over the course. Players will also have access to our locker rooms. Fifteen minutes prior to the tee-off time all players will be addressed by a member of the Pro Shop staff explaining the rules for the day and any other relevant information.

On Course

By request, a drinks cart and novelty holes (nearest to pin, longest drive, straightest drive etc) can be arranged prior to the day of the event. Duration of the round should be 4-4 ½ hours.

Presentations

Presentations may be made in the upstairs function room or downstairs Bistro depending on group size. A table, microphone and lectern will be available for speeches and prize giving. Our staff will be able to assist and co-ordinate in the preparation of the setting up of presentations.

Starting options

Starting options will depend on the numbers of players on the day.

Two-Tee Start – Min 60 players

Shotgun Start – Min 80 players

Competition Formats – Stableford and Par

We can suggest an appropriate format depending on the skill levels and experience of your golfers.
